We will again be holding a communal meal at Ærø Bryggeri for Ærø residents and other good people in autumn and winter.
We have planned to hold 3 community meals in Fall/Winter 2024. It takes place in the brewery's cozy beer lounge on the first floor and the theme is food and beer.
This is an informal “get-together” with communal dining and features such as quizzes, songs, lectures, etc. You are welcome to invite in with suggestions. If you want to stand for a feature yourself, reach out to Thyra and find out if it fits in.
The 3 communal meals will be on the following dates: October 3, November 7 and December 5, so check the calendar now.
Menus:
October 3: Boeuf Bourguignon with both wine and beer, herewith mashed potatoes. Price DKK 200, - per person for food incl. 1 beer/water.
Children up to and including 12 years are charged DKK 100, - per person for food including 1 water
First Fall Community Dining is Thursday, October 3, 6pm-9pm. We serve delicious simrefood: Boeuf Bourguignon with both wine and beer, including mashed potatoes. Price DKK 200, - per person for food incl. 1 beer/water. The deadline for registration is 2/10-2024. Participation requires registration as there are only a limited number of seats.

Ærø Bryggeri — Aeroe Brewery A/S — is a microbrewery that sees it as its mission to contribute to the refinement of beer culture in Denmark.
Ærø brewery is beautifully located in the village of Store Rise, in the middle of Ærø. Ærø Bryggeri was originally established in 1926 in the now historic buildings that were built as a dairy back in 1880. After the change from milk to hops, beer brewing continued right up until 1962, when Ærø Bryggeri bottled its last beer. Only in 2004 did the brewery reopen as a limited company and therefore put Ærø back on the map with its good tasty beer.
But quality is also how Ærø Bryggeri is included as a company in the local community of Ærø. We believe that a company has a great local responsibility, and it is, therefore, natural for us to contribute to the relation in which we are a part. If it goes well for Ærø, it goes well for Ærø Bryggeri.
