Enjoy a weekend with Bingo and Bajere in the beer room at Ærø Bryggeri. The concept is quite simple: we play bingo and drink bajere. There are, of course, delicious temptations up for grabs along with other great prizes. The old rooms of the brewery house set the stage for some cozy hours, so bring a friend, aunt, father or girlfriend under your arm and see who comes home with the best prize.

Christmas lunch at Ærø Bryggeri

We are having Christmas lunch again this year at Ærø Bryggeri If you are a company, an association or a group of friends who want an atmospheric Christmas lunch, book a table here. We offer a traditional Christmas lunch with the cold, the warm, the hot, the cheese and the dessert, served in our atmospheric beer lounge. We make sure to guide you through our beers and give you the flavors inherent in the good composition of food and beer. Christmas lunch at Ærø Bryggeri *Free beer and delicious menu DKK 675, - (DKK 600, - upon registration before 7/11/2024) * We offer Christmas lunch in a unique setting at Ærø Bryggeri for parties up to 50 people in our cozy beer room on the following date: *Saturday, November 30, 5pm-11pm * In addition, it is possible for larger groups of at least 40 people to book Christmas lunch at a date and time of your choice. *Program: * We welcome and start with a beer tasting Along the way, our director Janni will be in charge of a game of Christmas music bingo with great prizes Throughout the Christmas lunch we will recommend beer for the different servings *Menu: * Two kinds of herring, homemade curry salad and egg and shrimp, herein rye bread and light bread Apple pork made from local apples and a confit duck salad with kale, black rice, apples, orange and walnuts, herein rye bread and light bread Pork Roast with Crispy Hard, Tender Red Cabbage, Homemade Cucumber Salad, Gravy, and Potatoes Two kinds of cheese with compote, homemade beer chips and grapes Classic risalamande with cherry sauce Beer and water are included, schnapps can be purchased at a reasonable price.

COMMUNAL DINING

We will again be holding a communal meal at Ærø Bryggeri for Ærø residents and other good people in autumn and winter. We have planned to hold 3 community meals in Fall/Winter 2024. It takes place in the brewery's cozy beer lounge on the first floor and the theme is food and beer. This is an informal “get-together” with communal dining and features such as quizzes, songs, lectures, etc. You are welcome to invite in with suggestions. If you want to stand for a feature yourself, reach out to Thyra and find out if it fits in. The 3 communal meals will be on the following dates: October 3, November 7 and December 5, so check the calendar now. Menus: October 3: Boeuf Bourguignon with both wine and beer, herewith mashed potatoes. Price DKK 200, - per person for food incl. 1 beer/water. Children up to and including 12 years are charged DKK 100, - per person for food including 1 water First Fall Community Dining is Thursday, October 3, 6pm-9pm. We serve delicious simrefood: Boeuf Bourguignon with both wine and beer, including mashed potatoes. Price DKK 200, - per person for food incl. 1 beer/water. The deadline for registration is 2/10-2024. Participation requires registration as there are only a limited number of seats. Children up to and including 12 years are charged DKK 100, - per person for food including 1 water *If you are vegetarian, you are also very welcome, we just need to know this no later than 3 days before the event. *

This is an informal “get-together” with communal dining and features such as quizzes, songs, lectures, etc. You are welcome to invite in with suggestions. We serve delicious Christmas food: pork roast with crispy lard, red cabbage, sour, brown sauce and potatoes. Price DKK 250, - per person for food incl. 1 beer/water. The deadline for registration is 4/12-2024. Participation requires registration. ØLSMAGNING

Se og hør om hvordan Ærø øl brygges i dag, som et håndværk - og smag på et bredt spektrum af Ærø pilsner og ales. Se et historisk bryggeri på Ærø fra slutningen af 1800-tallet. Vi fortæller om bygningernes historik - og omvæltninger i driften frem til øl produktion på Ærø Bryggeri i dag. Næsten dagligt produceres urt til gæringstankene og historien om Ærø øl er en historie om kvalitet og håndværk. Der vil undervejs være smagsprøver på flere af vores special øl. Smags paletten breder sig over en lille snes lager og ales - deri ligger en såvel konventionel, som økologisk serie. Vi vil fortælle historien om hvem vi er, hvad moderne øl og ølbrygning er, hvem Ærø bryggeri sælger til og lidt om hvordan man som professionel øl smager kan vurdere en øl, man ser og smager for første gang. Det vil være muligt at købe vores øl i bryggeributikken - som man siger på Ærø "Tag arreøl´n mæ a ´ø´n". Varighed: ca. 60 min

About Ærø Bryggeri

Ærø Bryggeri — Aeroe Brewery A/S — is a microbrewery that sees it as its mission to contribute to the refinement of beer culture in Denmark.

Ærø brewery is beautifully located in the village of Store Rise, in the middle of Ærø. Ærø Bryggeri was originally established in 1926 in the now historic buildings that were built as a dairy back in 1880. After the change from milk to hops, beer brewing continued right up until 1962, when Ærø Bryggeri bottled its last beer. Only in 2004 did the brewery reopen as a limited company and therefore put Ærø back on the map with its good tasty beer.

But quality is also how Ærø Bryggeri is included as a company in the local community of Ærø. We believe that a company has a great local responsibility, and it is, therefore, natural for us to contribute to the relation in which we are a part. If it goes well for Ærø, it goes well for Ærø Bryggeri.
